We just got a copy of our lease for the place The Black Belt and I are moving into after we get married. It's kinda long and in very small print, so I'm sure I missed some of the finer points. But one sentence sure caught my attention:
"If you are the sole resident, upon your death you may terminate the lease contract without penalty, with at least 30 days written notice."
Ummm...guess I better start paying better attention to my horoscope!
