I recently had the following conversation about the hot tub at our complex with The Canadian:
Miss Berrie: It's probably a good idea to avoid walking by the hot tub anyway, however.
The Canadian: Why? Is the clap airborne now?
Miss Berrie: Yes.
The Canadian: figures
Miss Berrie: And it's so potent, now it's called applause.

The joke was good, yes - but far funnier to me is the image of Ms Berrie saying, "HEY-O!!," being so obviously pleased with herself that due recognition needed to be brought forth.
