Things that Made My Birthday Be Awesome

*My surprise party at work
*The treat-a-day at work for "The Five Days of Miss Berrie's Birthday"
*Staying up late with B to write all the clues for the treasure hunt at my birthday party (which required Googling the average velocity of birds and looking up translations in several languages of "hot tub")
*Spending over an hour setting up the string game with my roommates
*Walking into my birthday party and seeing the room full of people that I care about greatly
*Having my birthday party somehow become 100% pirate, complete with gold coins, eye patches, and swords
*Hearing my friend Aunt Giraffe ask The Canadian to pass her string to her after she crawled over the counter, and then watching him unwravel the string and wind it back around B's skis while Aunt Giraffe wasn't looking
*Seeing Linus at my party! I missed him and was so happy that he came.
*Hunting for treasure with my group after the string game (see my video on Facebook)
*Choosing from about 13 different toppings for my cheesecake
*Watching Waiting For Guffman with The Canadian after my party (I watched the movie with him; I didn't wait for Guffman with him.)
*The Frito pie party, which happened to fall on Texas Indepedence Day!
*Eating lunch at PF Chang's with my old boss
*Opening my presents from home with Mom and Dad on speakerphone
*The awesome present from my roommates
*Stuffing myself on my portion of "A Feast for Two" at dinner, then going out for ice cream with BJ to celebrate our birthdays
*Checking my email that evening and having 31 messages waiting for me, and then reading the sweet posts about my birthday on my siblings' blogs
*Going to bed at 9:30
